there are many books that you can study. you can use self study books. you will find plenty of them if you go to book shop's like" shahre ketab". but book itself never does miracle. you should practice a lot you should hear the records time to time you should find somebody to practice with him and you should try to use whatever you study . again I suggest you
to think in English and watch films and try to understand them

This days are not very good for me i have nothing special to do

so we talked about that times and that was very very good for me
