یه سری به coversationexchange.com بزنید اونجا بعضی هستن که انگلیسی زبان هستن و میخان فارسی یاد بگیرند باهاشون ارتباط برقرار کنید و بهشون فارسی یاد بدید اونا هم به شما کمک می کنند انگلیسی یاد بگیرید
برای کساییی که میخواهند تازه شروع کنند باید از چت نوشتاری شروع کنند
برای voice chat شما باید حداقل در سطح Intermediate باشید برای تشخیص اینکه در این سطح هستید یا نه به متن زیر توجه کنید :

It's a good topic,I like speaking English but it's a long time I don't go any class.
I've read some of the posts in this topic, but i couldn't get the main idea.
We would speak English in this topic by each other or on the chat?
After all, i had an idea similar to this one.
We can create some topics and speak in English in those topics about a specific subject.
If anybody accepts this idea, please mention your opinions and after that we can start.

We can create a group on Skype , I think it's better and we can set a calendar on times people in the group be available there and we can text-chat and voice-chat there.
Because Skype is much faster than this forum and people can chat on the main room and voice chat with each other , as I mentioned earlier beginners to intermediate students need to use text and upper-intermediate learners can use voice for improving their skills,
I suggest you start a new topic and name is Manesht group on Skype and it is a beginning.

Your suggestion is so good but i think creating topics in English in the Manesht site, could be useful than Skype for people who are not so skillful in speaking English, because when they're going to post any text on the forum, they would think carefully about the grammatical points and vocabularies they're using.
So my suggestion is to make discussions in the forum
If other members in the forum come and say their opinion on these suggestions, we can decide well about.
I think the time they have while chatting is enough
refreshing here is annoying
But learner maybe need both of them
a topic and a chat room

i think is good to use new words which are introduced at the first of the session
and may new grammatical points which using them in our conversations show our dominance in english
